I understand that most musicians do have much money. I use an application process for music videos. I don't accept every application or request that is submitted. My goal is to turn out a quality product without rushing. I don't do live shows
Bands need to provide the locations. All locations must be safe and legal as I'm shooting with expensive equipment, which is required for me to do a good job
I have to be comfortable where I shoot knowing everything is safe and I can take my time. Some shoot days are as long as 12 hours and over multiple days
If we shoot indoors, there must be good electrical (the ability of the electrical outlets to handle the wattage of my lights), which is most 120 Volt outlets
Bands and musicians must be fully commited to spending time on the project, both the day of shooting with several pre-production meetings. I am open to many things and I can help you with concepts or ideas but that is where you can get creative in regards to what you would like and the overall look. I prefer to work with musicians who are actively playing gigs in the area and promoting themselves on a consistent basis.
Since I do these at low cost, it is important to allow me creative license with editing. Editing is very, very, very, very time consuming. I'm good at editing, I know what works and what doesn't.
So with that said, buy me lots of coffee, buy my lunches and dinner, and pay for gas travel and throw in $25 for good measure

This permits me to photograph you as musicians and use the studio audio track for the music video
This protects you as musicians by stating, "Skyjam videos cannot sell your images for profit, monies or exchange" or use the video footage for any other purposes
This protects the both of us in case someone manipulates the music video without our permission. It is signed documentation that the production took place between the musicians and myself
